Bilingual Executive Client Support
We are an established IT consulting company located in New Orleans, LA, serving small and mid-sized businesses across the Greater New Orleans area. We are looking for the right person to join our outsourced team supporting a group of "C" level executives with their iPhones/iPads, meeting rooms, A/V equipment, etc. The starting pay for this position is $35K/annually.
This position requires handling a full range of onsite work associated with tier I maintenance for end-user solutions. Our “can do” associates are asked to handle issues such as desktop/laptop setups, networked printer configurations, and more.
Requirements for this full-time position include:
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a definite plus
• Expert with iPhone and iPad in a business environment.
• Customer Service orientation.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Must be a team player.
